Contribute to Dr. Hern’s work and Boulder Abortion Clinic, P.C.

Boulder Abortion Clinic is Dr. Warren Hern’s private medical practice and is not a 501(c)(c) nonprofit organization.

If you would like to contribute to our work of helping women have safe abortions, especially those later in pregnancy afflicted by severe medical complications, you may do so in either of two ways:

Make a CONTRIBUTION to Boulder Abortion Clinic, P.C. that is not tax deductible. Dr. Warren Hern will have to pay tax on such a contribution as normal income. All funds will be used for patient care.

Direct GIFT to Dr. Warren Hern that is not taxable to him. You may deduct this gift in preparing your taxes. All contributed funds will be used for patient care including expansion and improvement of patient care facilities owned by Dr. Hern.

  • As a gift, it is not taxable to Dr. Warren Hern and he will not take this as personal income.
  • Gifts/contributions “intended” for Dr. Warren Hern should be in person or sent as a check directly to him at Boulder Abortion Clinic, 1130 Alpine Avenue, Boulder, Colorado 80304.

All contributions/gifts received through this website will be used for patient care and to help patients who have no or inadequate funds for their health care at Boulder Abortion Clinic.
